Title: OT Technician
Location : Baner, Pune
Job Profile :
- Prepare and maintain the operation theatre before and after surgical procedures.
- Assist surgeons, anesthesiologists and nursing staff during surgical procedures.
- Ensure all surgical instruments, equipment and supplies are sterilized and available before surgery.
- Set up surgical instruments, drapes and equipment as required for specific procedures.
- Assist in positioning patients on the operating table as directed by the surgical team.
- Operate and maintain OT equipment such as surgical lights, suction machines and cautery units.
- Ensure proper infection control practices and maintain aseptic conditions in the OT.
- Assist in transferring patients to and from the operation theatre.
- Maintain records of surgical instruments, consumables and OT equipment usage.
- Coordinate with CSSD and nursing staff for sterilization and supply of instruments.
- Ensure proper disposal of biomedical waste as per hospital protocols.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the operation theatre.

Qualification : Diploma / B.Sc. in Operation Theatre Technology (OTT)
