Title : Executive – Front desk
Location : Pune
Job Profile :
- Handle first-time OPD patient registration with accurate data entry in the system.
- Ensure mandatory ID verification (Aadhar/PAN) before new patient registration.
- Receive and attend incoming calls in a professional manner.
- Schedule patient appointments and coordinate with respective departments/doctors.
- Transfer calls to concerned departments for appointment booking and queries.
- Provide correct information regarding hospital services, doctors, and timings.
- Maintain proper appointment records and follow-up when required.
- Ensure smooth patient flow and assist patients at the reception.
- Handle basic patient queries and guide them to the appropriate department.
- Maintain discipline, cleanliness, and professionalism at the front desk.
- Be flexible to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.

Qualification : Graduate / Diploma in Hospital Administration
Experience : 2–5 Years (Hospital Experience Preferred)
