Title : Executive – Front desk
Location : Pune
Job Profile :

  • Handle first-time OPD patient registration with accurate data entry in the system.
  • Ensure mandatory ID verification (Aadhar/PAN) before new patient registration.
  • Receive and attend incoming calls in a professional manner.
  • Schedule patient appointments and coordinate with respective departments/doctors.
  • Transfer calls to concerned departments for appointment booking and queries.
  • Provide correct information regarding hospital services, doctors, and timings.
  • Maintain proper appointment records and follow-up when required.
  • Ensure smooth patient flow and assist patients at the reception.
  • Handle basic patient queries and guide them to the appropriate department.
  • Maintain discipline, cleanliness, and professionalism at the front desk.
  • Be flexible to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.

Reporting : Operations Manager
Qualification : Graduate / Diploma in Hospital Administration
Experience : 2–5 Years (Hospital Experience Preferred)
