Title: CSSD
Location : Baner, Pune
Job Profile :
- Oversee complete functioning of CSSD (Central Sterile Services Department).
- Ensure proper cleaning, disinfection, packing and sterilization of surgical instruments and medical equipment.
- Monitor autoclave operations and maintain sterilization logs and records.
- Ensure availability of sterile instruments as per OT schedule and departmental requirements.
- Maintain inventory of sterile and non-sterile items and prevent stock shortages.
- Ensure compliance with infection control policies and hospital protocols.
- Coordinate with OT, ICU and wards for timely supply and collection of instruments.
- Monitor preventive maintenance and calibration of sterilization equipment.
- Ensure proper biomedical waste segregation within CSSD area.
- Maintain documentation for NABH and audit requirements.
- Train CSSD technicians on sterilization protocols and safety procedures.

Reporting : Operations Manager / Nursing Superintendent
Qualification : Diploma / Certification in CSSD / Nursing / OT Technology
Experience : 3–5 Years (Hospital Experience Preferred)
