Title : Clinical Assistant
Location : Baner, Pune
Job Profile :
- Assist consultants and doctors in patient examination and clinical procedures.
- Support patient assessment by recording vital signs and basic clinical information.
- Prepare patients for medical examinations, procedures and treatments.
- Maintain and update patient medical records and clinical documentation.
- Coordinate with nursing staff and other departments for patient care and investigations.
- Assist in minor procedures and ensure required instruments and equipment are available.
- Ensure proper patient flow management in OPD / IPD areas.
- Follow infection control practices and maintain hygiene standards.
- Provide basic patient education and instructions as directed by doctors.
- Ensure availability of required medical supplies and consumables.
- Assist in emergency situations under the guidance of doctors.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to hospital policies.
Skills : Basic Clinical Knowledge, Patient Handling Skills, Communication Skills, Documentation Ability, Coordination with Medical Teams
Reporting : HOD ICU and emergency
Qualification : MBBS / BAMS / BHMS
Experience : Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or charge nurse role, preferably in a hospital setting.
